Tsinghua-kai Shi World Bridge Project starts enrollment

Project introduction:

The Tsinghua-Kai World Bridge Program is a one-year American college preparatory program for Chinese high school seniors，It is jointly founded by Tsinghua University Affiliated Middle School and Carthage College in Lake Michigan, Wisconsin, USA，It aims to provide a high-quality official platform for Chinese students who intend to study in the United States，To give students the opportunity to share and deepen China's outstanding cultural traditions in the international arena，It can also understand the characteristics of Western culture and education, expand international horizons, and pave the way for future success。

Project features:

English assessment, self-determined standards: The language assessment adopts the English proficiency test method jointly developed by the Affiliated High School of Tsinghua University and Kai Shi University of the United States;

Famous teachers, helping the future: Tsinghua famous mathematics lecturer + visiting professor of Business at the University of Chicago and Northwestern University;

Straight through Kai Chi: After successful completion, you can directly study in Kai Chi University, or apply for other universities in the United States;

Project Courses:

Liberal arts discipline concept penetration: critical thinking, creative ability, global citizenship;

Kai Shi University curriculum core: Western classic books and philosophical foundations;

Advanced mathematics concept class: Tsinghua famous mathematics lecturer;

More than 50 elective subjects, including business, arts and sciences;

January semester: Field study at Chicago City Center.

College application: school selection, paperwork and application materials preparation, SAT, ACT and TOEFL test coaching;

Credit transfer: University credit courses and academic transcripts are available;

Extracurricular activities: city Tours, museum visits, cultural experiences。

Enrollment target:National senior high school graduates

Enrollment for the 2015-2016 academic year: 40 students
